Wholesale Terms and Conditions
GENERAL TERMS OF AGREEMENT FOR WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS
To qualify for wholesale purchases, you must be a valid retail business and by agreeing to our terms and conditions you certify that you are such. You are only authorized to sell through the retail store that you have listed. Secondary stores, as well as website and online sales must receive prior written approval. ORDER REQUIREMENTS
The minimum wholesale order amount is $100 on each order placed. The lead time of your order will be 1-3 business days if all items are in stock. If desired quantities of a product are not in stock, we can ship/deliver a partial order and then ship/deliver the remainder of the order when products are in stock.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
We accept multiple forms of payment, including Credit Card, PayPal, Cash or Business Checking. No personal checks will be accepted. Orders must be pre-paid at the time of order. If you want to pay with a check, please contact us.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Shipping costs will be paid by the retailer. Shipping costs will be based on weight. Free pickup or delivery to local retail customers is possible, please contact us. Retailers must report any damage to products within seven (7) days of receipt. Damaged product may be replaced or refunded. These situations will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
CUSTOM REQUESTS
We welcome custom orders! Please contact us for details and pricing. Lead times may be longer for custom orders if we need to purchase special ingredients. A quote will be provided for all custom orders prior to invoicing.
