Elderberry Syrup Kit with Honey

This is literally the easiest way to make your own elderberry syrup.  This kit contains one 8-oz jar of elderberry juice and one 8-oz jar of raw honey.  When you want to make syrup, simply combine the contents of the two jars in a separate container and then pour back into the original jars (or another 16-oz glass container).  The reason the honey is not added ahead of time is to prevent the fermentation process.  This kit is shelf stable until you combine the juice and the honey, after which the product must be stored in the refrigerator.  It will be good for up to 3 months in the fridge.  

Ingredients:  Elderberry Juice (Wild Elderberries, Cinnamon, Clove, Ginger) and Raw Wildflower Honey

**Note:  Raw honey should not be given to infants under the age of 1 year.
