Balsamic Onion Jam

Made with sweet onions and tangy balsamic vinegar, this is a perfect condiment for burgers and sandwiches, as a glaze for meat, or as a flatbread spread.  Also makes a great salad dressing! 

Ingredients:  Onions, Apple Juice, Balsamic Vinegar, Maple Syrup, Sugar, Pectin, Salt, Pepper, Bay Leaf

Brandy Old Fashioned Jam

A sweet and boozy cherry and orange preserve with warming, spiced notes from bitters and brandy.  Really good on toast, as a glaze, or with cream cheese on your charcuterie board!

Ingredients:  Sweet Cherries, Sugar, Orange Juice, Brown Sugar, Brandy, Orange Zest, Angostura Bitters

Caramel Apple Jam

A sweet and sticky jam with bites of tart green apple.  Fantastic as a filling for jam bars or hand pies, or warmed slightly as a topping for ice cream, pancakes or waffles!

Ingredients:  Apples, Granulated Sugar, Brown Sugar, Water, Pectin, Lemon Juice, Cinnamon, Nutmeg

Cowboy Candy

Sweet and spicy candied jalapeno peppers.  Pairs well with cream cheese as an appetizer, as a glaze for meats, or as a topping for pizza, tacos or nachos!

Ingredients:  Jalapeno Peppers, Apple Cider Vinegar, Granulated Sugar, Turmeric, Garlic Powder, Celery Seed

Mulled Wine Jelly

Sweet, fruity and tart, with a spiced finish.  Makes a unique addition to your charcuterie board, on grilled cheese, and especially in a baked brie and puff pastry appetizer!

Ingredients:  Red Wine, Sugar, Pectin, Lemon Juice, Orange Juice, Mulling Spices
